The Diva Network, founded in 2006, is a support circle and community service-oriented organization for exceptional professional women. We are a group of women from different fields who offer our services (pro bono) or provide FREE seminars on topics in our professions, to women who need them.
Our work is about improving the lives of women, from Image to Inner Core.
Here is how it works: if you are a psychologist, you would donate your time on one day a year to counsel women from the community at no charge OR you would conduct a seminar at a public location (usually a library) on an issue that women would find helpful. If you are a makeup artist, you would spend a day making over disadvantaged women or provide a seminar on how to look more professional in the workplace, etc.
And we not only provide outreach to our communities, we are also a social and networking circle to enhance friendships between women and learn from one another.
The Diva Network holds 501(c)3 not-for-profit status in the State of Maryland.
